IDOTW Winner Badge

It's only for a few people to use if they win the showcase award.

I've built animations before but never a stamp. Not really all that different to be honest, it was mildly fun. Kind of interesting working so zoomed in I could see the pixels. I haven't done that in a long time. I don't love this one but I wanted to keep it simple. The timing feels just a little to uneven. It's for one of my groups, they needed a badge for the showcase weekly winner.
